CISNOC had all last year to review their constitution; they did not need to go to Aitutaki to do it. If they had reviewed the constitution in full it would have taken longer than two days and they were discussing Owen Lewis resignation which they only got a couple of days before announcing their retreat.

Sounds dodgy.

Hugh (Graham, CISNOC president) says CISNOC policies were reviewed and improvements made, but won’t be sent out until improvements are made to the policies. What a political way of saying it won’t be sent out until later because we actually haven’t made any improvements.

If the constitution allows staycations for the board to make decisions, then there is one change and improvement they can make and use the money for the athletes.
