The newly-appointed Cabinet Minister Tingika Elikana hit the ground running, travelling to Fiji yesterday afternoon, hours after he was sworn in at the Office of the Prime Minister in front of the King's Representative, other Cabinet Ministers, and families. Candice Luke reports.
