Journalism opportunity in the Cook Islands

Cook Islands News, the daily newspaper in the Cook Islands, is looking for a general reporter who wants to live and work in this tropical paradise.
We require an intermediate or senior journalist or graduate of a fulltime journalism course and/or related fields to take a leading role in our newsroom.
The successful applicant would work in a news team sharing daily news and reporting assignments, and helping with sub-editing periodically. Preference will be given to applicants of Polynesian descent and/or with a proven interest in Pacific people, culture, issues and current affairs. Remuneration is negotiable based on the experience and requirement of the successful applicant.
