A Cook Islands public service satisfaction survey found that nearly half of respondents were dissatisfied, with the health clinic, visa applications and non-emergency police services being the least satisfying experiences.

No surprises here. The TMO lead by Williams continues its very poor performance. The 'NEW' National Healthcare Reorientation Plan 2024+ differs how from the 2022/23 Health Plan. More smoke a mirrors by The Minister and the SoH, blaming staff for not particapating. What is known by TMO frontline staff is speaking out, seeking improvements will be meet with bullying, manipulation, zero support from a toxic organisation. The MoH and the SoH continue to blame anyone and anything for the failures to meet the needs of the Cook Island people and its visitors. Take a closer look at the TMO income , match with service delivery and you will find millions of dollars "missing" that was meant to meet health needs.
