A new dedicated space for fresh and frozen produce and products, “The Igloo”, is set to be unveiled at the CITC Supermarket.

Shoppers can enjoy special offers, tasty treats, and fun activities at the grand opening today.

In a statement, CITC Supermarket said after months of meticulous planning and renovation, “The Igloo” is now open, offering customers an outstanding shopping experience with more space and better facilities.

“We’ve completely revamped and replaced all display cases and freezers and created a fully air-conditioned area just for fresh and frozen items, showing our commitment to quality.

“The overall upgrade and improvements to the Supermarket haven’t just been in the new Igloo area. Significant changes in the store included the widening the Supermarket building to accommodate a larger retail store, expanding our fresh food preparation areas, and updating all existing grocery shelving to accommodate an extended range of new products.

“Additionally, we’ve installed energy -efficient LED lighting and custom-designed all new display, freezer, air conditioning and and processing equipment ensuring we utilise the latest in energy-efficient technology tailored to our environment.”

With designated areas for fresh produce, frozen goods, dairy, butchery, bakery, and more, shopping at CITC Supermarket will be easier than ever, the statement adds.
