It is time for Mr Williams to resign as he clearly knows little about health and wellness. As an x police officer he continues to demonstrate a complete lack of understanding as to how meeting health needs of the people of the Cook Islands must be done. The PM in supporting Mr Williams and the Minister of Health in inappropriate spending , leading the toxic environment of the TMO and a basic understanding of budgets only compounds the the lack of resources for the People of the Cook Islands. It is little wonder that the people and visitors express their fear of getting injured or becoming unwell.
