Te Marae Ora/Ministry of Health will receive a funding of $24 million from the Green Climate Fund that will go towards improving health facilities in Rarotonga and the Pa Enua.

What is “ambulance sea transport “? Is it in fact a real thing? Is it a smoke and mirrors way of diverting funds to something that doesn’t actually have any function but on paper only?
