Oire Tupapa hit the stage with an amazing ura pa’u and stunning costumes. The costumes worn by the female dancers were originally designed for and used by the Cook Islands National Arts Theatre (CINAT) team at the 13th Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC) in Honolulu, Hawaii, in June this year.
