Unilateral predetermination is without doubt the position of the CI Government on seabed mining - inevitably then the only consultation process is one of bad faith. This is exactly what Ipukarea are describing here - no reira koutou o Ipukarea, kia kaha, kia maia, kia manawanui - e tika ana o whakaaro me o mahi kaitiaki moana.
