Tereapii Greg Mose pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching parole conditions when he appeared before Justice of the Peace Vania Kenning in the Criminal Court in Rarotonga on Thursday.
Probation withdrew a recommendation for a sentence of 14 days in custody, submitting that a fine was appropriate.
JP Kenning convicted Mose and sentenced him to an $80 fine for the offending which occurred on November 18.
He was ordered to pay an additional $100 to cover court costs.
