Cook Islands High Court. 24050916

Tereapii Greg Mose, who is behind bars and is represented by lawyer Michelle Tangimama, had his case adjourned to November 29.

He is facing new charges of Contempt of Court and threatening to kill.

Mose is also facing previous charges of careless driving, excess breath alcohol, carrying an offensive weapon in a public place and three counts of contempt of court.

There are seven different cases that were also adjourned by the High Courts yesterday.

Another defendant with Interim name suppression and suppression of all details relating to the charge, is to continue his name suppression and his case was adjourned to November 21.

He is being charged following an incident which occurred outside of Rehab where he hit someone on the face. He later apologised and was accepted by the victim but due to the police’s ‘no drop’ policy, the case continues at court.

He is currently overseas and was scheduled to return but due to employment constraints, he could not make it but a scheduled Zoom callover is being planned.
