Mose was convicted for careless driving and excess blood alcohol on Thursday.
He was also convicted for breaching his probation orders.
On September 25, Mose drove carelessly at Betela in Arorangi at around 7am.
A crash was then reported where Mose was identified.
He was also identified at Road House the night before, where he had consumed alcohol.
The following morning he sped towards Titikaveka and crashed into a vehicle on the opposite lane.
Mose was taken in an ambulance to the hospital where a blood analysis was sought returning a result of 248 milligrams of alcohol.
Mose was also on probation orders not to consume alcohol, purchase, or enter licenced premises.
Police prosecutor senior sergeant Fairoa Tararo said it was Mose’s first traffic offence.
Justice of the Peace Tangi Taoro also ordered Mose to pay a fine of $67 for careless driving, $40 for breaching probation order and $50 for court costs.
He was ordered to pay reparations of $150 for blood analysis and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
