A man who was held in custody for a charge of indecent assault was granted bail by the High Court last week.
Details about his name, age and place of residence have been suppressed.
Justice of the Peace John Whitta granted bail after defence lawyer Norman George made submissions for his release.
The matter has been adjourned to October 31 and the accused is ordered not to leave the country without the Court’s permission and not to interfere with witnesses.
He has also been ordered to report to the station on a certain day provided by the court at a particular time.

Tangata Maru charged for careless driving and excess breath alcohol had her case adjourned to November 28.
Maru was represented by defence lawyer Michelle Tangimama who requested for police disclosure and a traffic history of her client.
Police prosecutor senior sergeant Fairoa Tararo did not object. Maru was ordered not to apply for a passport.

Tereapii Greg Mose, also represented by lawyer Michelle Tangimama, had his case adjourned to November 28.
Mose is facing new charges of careless driving and excess breath alcohol.
He is also facing previous charges of carrying an offensive weapon in a public place and three counts of contempt of court.
Mose has denied burglary charges and a defendant hearing on this charge is to be confirmed.
Tangimama also asked for disclosures on the traffic charges.
