This family cames to one of this week's baby shows all in red – but fortunately not red spots! The baby shows, which have been running since the 1980s, are focused on health. Babies were checked by nurses. Health Secretary Dr Josephine Aumea Herman was at yesterday's health show to warn parents about measles, and to take care with their babies. 19082956
Parents are urged to isolate small babies from anyone who could be carrying measles. As Auckland-based Cook Islanders fall victim to New Zealand’s major measles outbreak, people here are urged to stay calm – and cautious.
