First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan to the Cook Islands Reki Kataoka was thrilled to hear the local children say 'domo arigato' to thank the Japanese government for their support.

With grant funds from the Japanese Government under its assistance for ‘grassroots’ human security projects, Apii Te Uki Ou will soon have a new block of sturdy classrooms.
