Cruise ship passengers enjoy Rarotonga

Heavy swells near Avatiu harbour failed to stop passengers onboard the cruise ship Paul Gauguin from enjoying their day out on Rarotonga yesterday. The ship is a regular visitor to Cook Islands waters and both captain and crew are very familiar with local sea conditions.
Despite high swells, the passengers from luxury cruise ship Paul Gauguin managed to come ashore safely for a daylong tour around Rarotonga yesterday.
