Young Cook Islands artist Fe'ena Syme-Buchanan – pictured here with New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on her recent Cook Islands visit – is a finalist in the creativity division of the 2018 NZ Prime Minister's Pacific Youth Awards. Fe'ena will be attending the awards night to be held later this month, where PM Ardern will present the awards. 18030901
