The High Court was presided over by Justice of the Peace Tangi Taoro on June 27, who passed the following judgements: Matui Valu - was to enter no plea to two counts of cannabis, seeds and utensil charges, but after his defence counsel Norman George sought a further adjournment, a challenge was mounted by Crown prosecutor Tuaine Manavaroa.
