Bishop Paul Donoghue admitted 24 children to Holy Communion at St Joseph’s Catholic Church this week. The celebration of the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ, often referred to by the word “Eucharist” took place in the Catholic Church on Sunday, June 23. This year 24 children received their First Holy Communion on this special day.
