Vaine Marsters, 59, a widow from Rarotonga, was one of two expatriates who appeared in Alotau magistrate’s court last week, separately charged with possessing unlicensed firearms and ammunition, Papua New Guinea news agency The National confirmed to Cook Islands News yesterday.
