THE DOMESTIC cricket season in Mangaia kicked off with much fanfare a fortnight ago. The opening round of the competition, which was attended by the Cook Islands Cricket Association chief executive officer Davis Teinaki, was buzzing with excitement especially among the children who were eager to try out the sport.
