Speaker of Parliament Niki Rattle paid tribute to the former New Zealand High Commissioner to the Cook Islands Peter Marshall for his contribution to the country. Marshall, who finished his term as the head of the New Zealand High Commission here, was hosted by Rattle and the Parliament staff to a farewell lunch on Friday last week.
