How many times last week did someone say to you, slow down, relax, chill out, calm down, stop worrying, don’t stress, it will be okay? Or how many times last week did someone’s words, actions or mere presence trigger you into reacting in anger, frustration or a less than calm manner? Most of the time we deal with things by brushing them off or blaming the other person, often telling ourselves that it/they don’t matter when in reality there is a twinge in our heart and a pull on our hurt-strings.
