Dear Editor, In response to the Ministry of Marine Resources press release on Wednesday, October 2 (Assert rights to skipjack fishery: MMR): This release correctly stated that a major challenge for purse seine fleets is the by-catch of bigeye tuna, which gather around fish aggregate devices (FADs) where skipjack congregate.
