Dear Editor, I was amused to read the letter by Ms Scowcroft the other day and felt compelled to address what would seem to constitute a transcript from a conversation of expatriate persons who have had a few too many glasses of wine, overly-enamoured with their own opinion, discussing the silliness of Cook Islanders and how things would be much better if they were in charge.
