Lack of government funding doesn’t wash

I commend and congratulate Mark Short and the rest of the Cook Islands’ team for taking the initiative to hold a car-wash event on the weekend in order to raise the necessary funds for their trip to represent the country at the upcoming Pacific Festival of Arts to be held in Guam later in the year.
