Petrol’s back at the pumps

A fresh shipment of petrol brought an end to Rarotonga's fuel shortage yesterday. Julie Uka – along with daughters Elma'Jae, 4, (second left) and Wilma, 2, (second right) – made it to Pandanus petrol station in town to get some of the first few litres that were delivered to eager retailers.
