Finance minister Mark Brown posted this shot on Facebook of the official party landing on Pukapuka. Tongareva MP Willie John is facing the camera, while Rakahanga MP Toka Hagai is in the foreground at right. “First stop on the public meetings on fisheries was Pukapuka.
