Cook Islands News is currently looking for a full-time Advertising and Sales Representative to work with the daily newspaper and our professional media team.

This is a role for someone with a background and/or interest in sales & advertising with enthusiasm for print and media communications.

Primary tasks are:

• To look after the newspaper’s main advertisers

• Sell and create hardcopy advertisements for the daily newspaper print edition• Maintaining and growing relationships with our clientele

• Show your flair for design and copywriting• Develop and sell ideas• Liaise with clients in both the Cook Islands and overseas

• Develop advertising for the CINews website and social media platforms• Maintain sales of commercial printing including rack cards and brochures for the tourism industry.

Applicant should have:

• Good organisation and time management ability

• Computer literacy• Positive attitude

• Administration skills including general office knowledge.

The successful applicant will be a good team player, confident and outgoing.
