The 90-Day Action Plan Workshop is designed to help local entrepreneurs and business owners take practical steps to move their businesses forward with effective strategies to elevate their enterprises.
Facilitator, Kiesha Dais from Co-Design Cook Islands, will deliver the first of several workshops from this morning at the Chamber of Commerce premises in Tutakimoa.
Dais says that many business owners are too consumed by their daily operations and need to step back to focus on strategic development, allowing them to be proactive rather than reactive.
“Obviously when you’re in it you become reactive, you’re also trying to work with so many hats,” said Dais.
“In this workshop, we look at how we can take a step out of our business for 90 minutes (2 hours max) and actually focus on the next 90 days. Breaking down your business into a 90-day plan.”
Dais says every business should have three to five goals, and to have a dream.
“We’re helping them to dream and being in a safe space to do so.”
According to Dais, the workshop will provide practical strategies to help business owners create a clear, structured action plan for the next 90 days, ensuring they stay focused and make meaningful progress.
Participants can expect: a structured 90-day roadmap tailored to their business goals, practical tools to help them prioritise key actions and stay accountable, clarity and confidence in their next steps, and opportunities to connect with other business owners and entrepreneurs.
There are flexible options for the workshops: Friday, March 28 – 9.30 am – 11.30 am, and Saturday, March 29 – 10 am – 12 pm. The cost is $10 for Chamber members, and $20 for non-members.
