Dear Editor, Do we really need to be insulted any further? I am now sick and tired of Prime Minister Mark Brown’s continuous arrogance. (New Zealand rejects Cook Islands passport plan, Cook Islands News, December 23, 2024)

Just the other day, it was about legislating a process to steal crypto currency, convert to cash and wait and see who would dare to try and re-claim their cash through our courts. So much for being a Christian Nation now making it okay to steal. As if the owners will waste their time, they will more likely bomb Avarua off the face of the earth. 

These public servants, the government, exist to serve and look after the people of the Cook Islands, not take us back 150 years.  

Culture? What a pathetic, ridiculous and insulting excuse. There is more to my life than my culture and sports, thank you very much.

Government better kill this idea or we will demand a snap election. No need for a referendum, simply fire them!

Unfortunately, they need to be reminded who their real boss is, The People of the Cook Islands. Kua mamaata te katu akateitei e te kite kore.
