According to Cook Islands Rugby Union (CIRU), Vaine 7s fought valiantly to finish 5th—a two-spot improvement from last year.
CIRU thanked the coach Koiatu Koiatu, management team Opura Samuel and Sunielia Tom, and captain Manea Poa, for their hard work, leadership, and unwavering belief in the team.

The Manatoa 7s team finished in 6th place after a hard-fought match against Australia (Dev). CIRU said they moved up two ranks from last year demonstrating a true testament to their hard work and resilience.
They thanked coach Clive Nicholas, team manager Simon Iopu, and captain Robert Heather, for their leadership and commitment.
Meanwhile, Manu Samoa Sevens won the men's final 17-12 against the Fiji Development team to claim top spot, while the Manusina Sevens lost 14-5 to Fijiana in the women's final, but qualified to represent Oceania in the 2025 World Sevens Challenger Series as Fiji is already a core team in the HSBC 7s Series.
