He is facing new charges of Contempt of Court and threatening to kill.
Mose is also facing previous charges of careless driving, excess breath alcohol, carrying an offensive weapon in a public place and three counts of contempt of court.
The defendant previously denied burglary charges and a defendant hearing on this charge is to be confirmed.
Other criminal cases adjourned
There are seven different cases that were also adjourned by the High Courts yesterday.
Another defendant with Interim name suppression and suppression of all details relating to the charge, is to continue his name suppression and his case was adjourned to November 21.
He is being charged following an incident which occurred outside of Rehab where he hit someone on the face. He later apologised and was accepted by the victim but due to the police’s ‘no drop’ policy, the case continues at court.
He is currently overseas and was scheduled to return but due to employment constraints, he could not make it but a scheduled Zoom callover is being planned.

Teaumetua Willian Rata Araipu who is facing wounding with Intent charge, also appeared for his callover and had his case adjourned to November 21.

Hiwi Wuatai who is facing careless driving causing injury charges and is adjourned to November 26.

The case of Patolo Mateora Fotu who is facing common assault charges, has been adjourned to November 26 for sentencing.

Ngatokorua Tonorio is facing two counts of charges, careless driving causing injury and EBA Blood, pleaded not guilty and is seeking a lawyer. His case has also been adjourned to November 21.

Eric Greig Teokotai who is facing careless driving causing injury, EBA Blood, and possession of cannabis charges, was also told to find a lawyer to seek legal advice due to the seriousness of his case, before he enters a plea. His case was adjourned to November 21.
