In 2025, the island nation will welcome three significant events on the OFC Competitions calendar, underscoring its commitment to promoting football in the region.

The tournaments scheduled for 2025 to be hosted here include:

- OFC Men’s Champions League – Qualifying: February 8-14

- OFC U-16 Women’s Championship – Qualifying: April 26 – May 2

- FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ Oceania Qualifiers, Match Days 1 and 2: November 24 – December 2

This return to hosting responsibilities is a testament to the Cook Islands’ growth in the sport and its readiness to provide a vibrant platform for regional competition.

The OFC Men’s Champions League – Qualifying will kick off the events in February, providing a crucial pathway for clubs seeking to compete at higher levels.

Following that, the Cook Islands will host the OFC U-16 Women’s Championship – Qualifier at the end of April, nurturing the next generation of female football talent in the region.

The year's highlight will be the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ Oceania Qualifiers in late November and early December. This prestigious tournament will bring together the best teams in Oceania and shine a spotlight on the Cook Islands as a key player in regional football.
