The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration (MFAI) and the National Environment Services (NES) was part of the Cook Islands delegation that attended the fourth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC-4) to develop an international legally binding instrument on plastics pollution in Ottawa, Canada.
