Four of the accused in the Nikao brawl incident that took place on January 28 this year have pleaded guilty.

Albert Junior Albert, Juranice Marsters, and Rui Meti Nicholas are all charged with fighting in a public place, while Adyn Keith Maunga Anguna is charged with common assault.

They appeared before Justice of the Peace John Whitta yesterday and were represented by defense counsel Tai Nicholas.

The case involves two groups of youths who were involved in an alleged brawl outside the Super Brown Nikao store on the roadside. Police had subsequently obtained camera footage of the incidents.

Albert, Marsters, and Nicholas will be sentenced on February 21 before a single Justice of the Peace, and their bail conditions require them not to offer violence and not to interfere with witnesses.

Anguna will be sentenced on April 23, and a probation report has been ordered for him.
