The survey is also getting printed with a QR as Cook Islands Investment Corporation (CIIC) and Cook Islands Sports and National Olympic Committee (CISNOC) would like to get as much feedback as they can from the public.
The feedback will form part of the strategy plan for the sports facilities here in Rarotonga.
There is also expected to be a text blast as well on mobiles for the link and all feedback provides an insight for areas of improvement and ideas.
CIIC says the feedback is crucial for the continuous improvement of these sports facilities. This will help enable CIIC and CISNOC to enhance and meet the community's expectations.
The survey ends on February 15 and it is one survey entry per person.
In an earlier report it was said that last year, CIIC and CISNOC started the process to seek expressions of interest for the naming rights of the National Stadium.
It was decided to firstly refresh the strategic plan for the National Stadium and Indoor Arena, and to refresh the long-term plan for these facilities.
CIIC general manager, Asset Management Division Vasie Ngatoko-Poila says part of this process will be to seek the public’s views on these facilities, to inform the plan, through the Sports Facilities Public Survey.
Following the completion of the strategic plan, potential partners will be sought and engaged to formalise naming and sponsorship arrangements.
Those who complete the survey will go into the draw to win a weekend staycation for up to four people, a dinner voucher and pizza vouchers worth a total of $1400, sponsored by OTB, Te Puka Estate and Pizzaria Avarua.
Members of the community can access the survey via this link.
