Letter: Avatiu FC co-coaches

Wow way to go Avatiu women’s football team (Avatiu FC first Cook Islands team in OFC Women’s Champions League, Cook Islands News, January 17).

However, I wonder why a non-member of the Avatiu Football Club is part of the coaching team. She recently travelled to Pacific Games management and ended up playing.

Is this a joke Avatiu? I am pretty sure you have better coaches in your club than sourcing people outside your club.

In a matter if process, I am sure Avatiu is capable of providing their own, after all, they won this with their own. Is this a sister brother duo and not coaching duo as your newspaper says.
