Yes, that manager should not be getting free trips based on their behaviour in sport. But you’re wrong that all managers are in it for a holiday. Coaches work mostly for free, they put in a lot of time, so do most athletes. Those kids got respect for their top 10 results no one is laughing at them.
Point finger at administrators. Yes, our top athletes pay their own way but there are some who get free paid funds with no expectation to deliver good results. Most sport depends on volunteers doing lots of hours with no reward, they do it because they love sport.
Results go on social medias these days; it should be in the paper. Volunteer to do it.
