Eels will face the Bulldogs at Raemaru Park in Arorangi at 4.30pm.
Coach Clive Nicholas said last week’s game against Arorangi Bears was messy for both teams.
Nicholas said it was anyone’s game.
“It was anyone's game but our front row and also seniors like Tevita Niusoma and Captain Viiga Ruepena really led the charge.
“And also a few new heads in the team really helped us get over it.”
He said as usual they played against a tough Arorangi pack. The Eels won their first match on their home ground last Saturday taking down Arorangi Bears 17-12.
Looking at today’s match, Nicholas said with Titikaveka they are aware of their young forward pack.
He said this is especially the fact they held their own against a huge Tupapa pack last week.
“And with their dangerous backline makes it even worse…so we got our work cut out for us tomorrow (today).”
“It will just come down to who shows up to play footy and who doesn’t,” Nicholas added.
