Where am I going? Why is my situation the same if not worse? Why am I not improving? Is it me? Are others holding me back? Am I holding myself back? Do I like what I am doing? Is my current pathway heading down a positive track? Am I too afraid to change? Am I happy, truly happy? Have I forgotten what happiness feels like? Why am I even bothering? Is there room in me for change? Do I want change? Is there time to change? Many of the above self examining questions are simply inward expressions of outward mortality; the quality or condition of being simply mortal.
