Two-way lane operations will remain in place with speed restrictions through
the area. Pedestrian access to the seawall and Turoa Beach will also be
restricted.
Cook Islands News understands the seawall sustained some damage during the king tide which hit the parts of the southern and eastern sides of Rarotonga in July last year.
