Concerns can’t be raised when CISNOC cancelled last year’s AGM. Also concerns can’t be raised because no one knew who they submitted to IOC.
Are we supposed to think the decision making of their board where the senior vice president pleaded guilty to assaulting three women with a machete and then was later exposed in his appeal that he paid them money to retract their allegations, should decide who is worthy of a scholarship?
CISNOC owe the federations money they have allocated to their athletes. They are the source, it will go directly to the athletes once received.
This diversion tactic is typical of CISNOC placing blame away from themselves when it is their actions creating this mess.
