Executive officer for Pukapuka/ Nassau Pio Ravarua said: "Transport is our biggest challenge. “It affects health, education, depopulation and food security. On the other hand, the lack of reliable regular air and shipping transport helps keep our culture strong and life peaceful. We have to find a middle ground."
