Failure to advertise postpones Rarotonga Land Court sittings

This is really great that the Judge foresaw this problem and acted accordingly. Just imagine if this had gone ahead there would have been landowners who would have been devastated because they weren't at the court to hear or maybe challenge in some cases. As for the spokesperson of the landcourt Dept, come on don't make excuses do your job properly or let someone else do it for you. I know there are very capable people in this department who can handle this.
