The finals of the Vonnia’s Corporate Mixed 6 on 6 Volleyball League for 2010 saw some very close fought games.

This was quite evident in the close range of scores in most of the games, no team managing to score over 85 points. Score ranged from 60 – 85.

Pool A saw CITC Smackdown continue their winning form, beating Te Vara Nui in a close game. In Pool B, RMD Spikers (2) managing a close win over Telecom and in Pool C, Sparklings managing a win over Airport High Flyers.

The organising committee and members of CIVA would like to extend a word of thanks to all teams who participated in this very successful first time Vonnia’s Corporate Mixed 6 on 6 Volleyball League. A special thanks to Olivia and the Management of Vonnia’s for their sponsorship of this social league. Vonnia’s continues to support Sports in the Cook Islands and volleyball has most definitely benefitted from their generosity.
