High scores, close games

One of the highlights of the Vonnia’s corporate mixed 6 on 6 volleyball league on Friday was two teams scoring over 100 points – CITC Smackdown (112) and Airport (107).

Then there was the close game between Killer B’s and Maungaroa Heights which was another standout performance.

Pool C games saw Airport High Flyers dominate the Sparkies from Te Aponga Sparkz. Watch out for Airport High Flyers in this pool as favourites

There was close competition in Pool B games with scores ranging from 89 to 70. It is hard to predict this pool but Team Telecom and Killer B’s look good.

Pool A is anyone’s guess with the top four teams – CITC Smackdown, Stingers, Te Vara Nui and Turtles Diggz all having equal chances at winning this pool.
