Last Wednesday, swimmers took to the course in Tikioki in the third race in the Open Water Swim series.

Once again open water maestro Vanessa Palmer led the way with another speedy lady Shannon Saunders not far behind, followed then by the men Justin Rous, Roland Neureuer and the ageless Kevin Henderson.

These races are building up to some bigger open water events like the Vaka Eiva Swim at the end of the month as well as the King of the Harbour race in December. Everyone is encouraged to come out to Tikioki and have a go.
