Arorangi laces up for Tupapa

Today at Raemaru Park the Arorangi football club will host Tupapa-Maraerenga with the first game kicking off at 1pm in the under 14 girls division.

Arorangi will have to reinforce their defence area when they meet with Tupapa today in the Lotto Premier mens round cup competition.

With obvious expectations, Tupapas outfit look to dominate over Arorangi.

There is no question that Arorangi will be anxious to seize the opportunity to rectify their performance by gaining a victory against a disciplined Tupapa team.

In the CIPS Image & Copy Centre womens competition, this will be the highlight match of the day with Tupapa who are two points ahead of Arorangi. Todays game will determine supremacy in the womens round cup competition.

With both teams featuring national representatives, Tasha Dean and Linade Unuka of Arorangi will both be effective in the defensive area while Elizabeth Harmon, Mii Piri, Marissa Iroa and Josie Turepu are assertive and influential for the Tupapa team.

They will no doubt assist their teams to victory.

At the other venue down at the swamp, Avatiu will take on Takuvaine. The under 14 girls kick off todays proceeding at 1pm and the last game takes place at 4pm in the premier mens division.
