The second oe vaka V12 corporate races of the year are to be run on Saturday, November 12, at Muri and teams can expect twice as much fun as the first event earlier this year.

The fun event is open to all teams and groups on the island and can be used as a work bonding afternoon or for colleagues to experience the sport of oe vaka.

This is also the chance for those oh so close teams to get back in the vaka and give current V12 Corporate oe vaka champions Koka Lagoon Cruises a workout to retain the title.

From November 7 to 11, training for new teams or teams wanting to gain the extra edge will begin and be held from the Muri Kauvai section where the event on November 12 will be held.

Paddles and steerers will be provided during the event and all teams must pay the registrations fee of $200 to the Cook Islands Canoeing Association before the event.

Entry for the hugely popular oe vaka event will close on November 7 so get yourself a registration form and book your spot for one of the most enjoyable and fun events of the year.

For more information or to register your team contact Tina Mitchell via email on tina.mitchell@portcullis-trust.com or get a hold of any member of the oe vaka association and bags your spot.
